We spend a lot of time in our homes. Uh, a lot of us spend eight hours in bed, which is about a third of our lives, which means we spend a lot of time in our homes and we have to make sure that everything in the house from the foundation to the studs holding it up to the roof, keeping us dry is working well, the same four year plumbing, I've asked plumbing expert Bob Muller from personal plumbing to join me here on the program today because Bob I've got a question that came in from a listener. Thanks for having me, Joe. Yes, I would, uh, love to hear this question. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And, and so the question is, is, um, does your company or plumbing companies in general tend to offer maintenance plans like you would get with an air conditioning company or something for your car where you want to keep it maintained? Does it make sense to have your customer have a maintenance plan with you at personal plumbing to keep their plumbing system in check? Uh, yes. The answer to this question is yes. Most plumbing companies that, uh, are professional plumbing services that want to build a client, um, loyalty will definitely offer these type of programs. Um, specifically here at personal plumbing, we offer what we call our personal plan, which is designed to not only create, you know, uh, our customer loyalty to our company, but us being able to really fully understand our customers homes because every single home is personalized to them. Every single home has their own plumbing fixtures in there that, uh, once we've been able to, uh, put somebody on the type of program that we put them on, now, we'll know exactly what they have in their house. So it's important for us to be able to go in there, check those products, we register those products in our company so that when you call us to, we know what you have inside your home already. And this is where, why we call it our personal plan because that plan becomes personal to you, our customer, um, which is why we're personal plumbing. But we also like to, uh, we also like to offer that in a, in a maintenance plan where, um, we provide the discounts that we can provide because we already know what you have in your home. We know what we're gonna be going there to fix when we get there. Um, we, we do these plans so that we can come over there, check all your plumbing system, make sure that our cameras go inside your sewer make sure that your water heater is properly flushed. Um, all of the different things that maintain your plumbing system in your home. That's, uh, very important to your, to your, uh, to the, to the health of your home. For sure. And Bob, I love that process because as a homeowner, you know, if I have a 40 or 50 gallon water heater or if it's maybe not a tank but it's tankless, you know. Exactly. You probably know the serial number. Right. So, you've got everything. You're kind of like my doctor where if I call a doctor's office, they're like, yeah, check a proo, we know all about the last time you were in, by the way. How's your back feeling? Right. So, you already know everything. That's right, Joe. That, and that was the reason behind the company name to begin with. Personal plumbing, which is we wanted to be your personal plumber.
